Finding Fiber
Make sure to incorporate enough fiber into your daily diet. Fiber is found in fruits, vegetables, sweet potatoes, oatmeal, bran, brown rice, and lentils to name a few. Fiber will help you feel full quicker and longer so that you aren't looking for a sugary snack shortly after you eat.
