Hypertension, or high blood pressure, is a common condition measuring the force of blood against your artery walls. If this force becomes too strong, then it may eventually cause health problems, such as heart disease. Sometimes symptoms don't present and at other times a person can experience dull headaches, dizzy spells, and even nose bleeds. Regular exercise, low stress, and a healthy diet are important to keeping hypertension in check.
