Instructions
- Buy your favorite frozen berries and top with low calorie Cool Whip.
- Better yet, be creative. Apples are in season throughout the fall. Cut up a few different types of apples and top with a serving of crushed nuts, cinnamon, nutmeg, and a small sprinkle of brown sugar.
- Heat it up in the microwave for 20-45 seconds and enjoy a tasty snack.
