Eating on the Run
Parents and kids are busier than ever! Running from work to practice and everything in-between. It can be difficult to eat healthy on the run. Opt for healthy snacks on the go instead of unhealthy snacks or fast food. Pack whole grain crackers, fruit, or low-fat cheese sticks for the car. Having food handy will make you less likely to stop for fast food when you are ravished with hunger.
