4 pork chops
1 large onion, sliced
2/3 cup rice (boil for 10 minutes in salted water)
1-1/2 cup canned tomatoes
salt & pepper
2 cloves garlic
Season pork chops lightly with garlic powder, salt and pepper. Roll pork chops in flour.
In an ovenproof skillet/pan, brown pork chops on both sides with sliced onion and whole garlic cloves.
Pour rice over pork chops. Pour tomatoes over all. Cover and bake for 1 hour at 350°F.

2 lb flounder fillets
2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1/4 cup mayonnaise
2 tbsp finely chopped onion
1/4 cup fresh Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup butter
1/2 tsp seasoned salt
Place flounder on greased foil on cookie sheet. Turn up edges all around so juices do not run over. Pour lemon juice over fish. Combine rest of ingredients, set aside.
Bake fish for 6 to 8 minutes in 450°F oven until fish flakes with a fork. Remove from oven.
Gently spread cheese mixture on top of fish. Put back in oven and broil just until cheese has melted and topping is golden brown.

1 lb ground beef
1 pkg taco seasoning
10 oz can kidney beans
1 cup grape tomatoes, halved
1 head lettuce, shredded
12 oz pkg shredded cheddar cheese
12 oz bag nacho cheese flavored Doritos, crushed
16 oz btl Italian salad dressing
Brown ground beef and add taco seasoning. Simmer according to taco seasoning directions.
Place in large bowl and refrigerate until cool.
Add beans, tomatoes, lettuce, cheese and Doritos. Mix well.
Cover with salad dressing. Mix again. Serve almost immediately.

2 lbs ground turkey breast
2 cans chow mein vegetables, drained
16 oz can tomato sauce
8 oz jar sweet & sour sauce
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 lb linguini
Cook linguini as directed, drain & keep warm. Spray a large heavy skillet with cooking spray.
Add ground turkey, cook, breaking it up as you cook. Cook until browned, drain. Add veggies.
In medium bowl, blend tomato sauce, sweet & sour sauce and whisk in brown sugar, mix well.
Add meat mix, simmer until bubbly (about 20 minutes). Serve over warm linguini.
Save by using Kraft Salad Dressing and Serve with Green Giant Vegetables.
